<h5><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></h5>

<li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li>
<li>2+ years of IT support experience in a professional environment</li>
<li>CompTIA A+ certification (required)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems</li>
<li>Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration</li>
<li>Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)</li>
<li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the United States</li>
</ul>

<h5><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></h5>

<li>CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification</li>
<li>Experience with VoIP systems and cloud services</li>
<li>Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices</li>
<li>Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS/Android)</li>
<li>Familiarity with NYC building codes and regulations</li>
</ul>
