Jaiglo performed a full infrastructure assessment and recommended a strategic migration to Microsoft 365 cloud services. File servers and internal applications were transitioned to Microsoft SharePoint, allowing employees to securely access files from anywhere without relying on a traditional VPN. At the same time, the organization eliminated redundant telecom expenses by replacing RingCentral with Microsoft Teams Phone.
Security was strengthened through Microsoft Intune device management and compliance policies that restricted corporate data access to approved and managed devices. Decommissioning aging infrastructure reduced security risks while lowering operational costs and support demands.
