Overage hours worked beyond the expected schedule can be considered for additional reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Tier I Support

Field and resolve Tier I support requests by phone, email, and ticket for clients across all US time zones, including Pacific Time.

Network Basics

Help with basic troubleshooting for firewalls, switches, access points, and Wi-Fi connectivity at client sites.

Documentation & Learning

Document work clearly in the ticketing system, contribute to runbooks, and gain exposure to CMMC and NIST 800-171 frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

Three hard requirements up front — please don’t apply if you don’t meet all three.

Required

Located in Maryland with the ability to reach DC metro client sites
Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle
Availability to support Pacific Time clients (evening Eastern Time coverage)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
